In 1958, Richard Lee, began the Lee reloader line from the workshop of his home. The first invention was the Lee Loader for Shotgun shells. It was during the 1960s that more lines of the loader were introduced to the public allowing access to reloading for many more Americans.
Lee Bullets molds were so precision refined that the bullets do not require resizing prior to be loaded. This was accomplished with the use of lathe turned bullet molds.
Over the years, Lee has developed quite a following among reloader enthusiasts. Whenever Lee comes out with a new press or piece of equipment, they quickly snap them up. This is great because if opens up an opportunity for others to buy their older equipment and pretty reduced prices over retail.

Reviews
I found that this set is an excellent purchase for the beginner re-loader. It may not have all the funtions of a full blown mass production unit, but it does allow you to learn proper re-loading techniques and has all that is needed, except the dies and reloading manual, to start you off. As far as a reloading manual, the Lyman reloading book is an excellent choice because it lists multiple bullet manufacturers whereas a reloading book by specific bullet manufacturers only lists their own bullets and do not offer a broader spectrum of choices. Great purchase and very pleased.
